LIFSITZ V. PALESTINIAN AUTHORITY

On February 25, 2002, Aharon Gorov, Avraham Fish and his daughter, Tamara Lifsitz, were driving from Jerusalem to their home in Nokdim

While passing through the Tekoa Junction, members of the Palestinian Liberation Organization ambushed them and shot 60 bullets at their car. Aharon was killed at once, leaving behind his wife and four young children. Avraham died in the hospital, after hours of surgery and great anguish. Tamara, who was 9 months pregnant at the time, was severely injured in her stomach.  Aharon’s family is suing for damages.
