GOTTLIEB V. PALESTINIAN AUTHORITY

On February 27, 2001, Shoshana Gottleib and 6 of her coworkers were driving home when Palestinian policemen and members of a Palestinian terror group attacked the car.

As a result of the attack, Shoshana was injured in her back, and was left paralyzed from the chest down, permanently confined to a wheelchair. Such attacks are a part of a systematic policy of the Palestinian Authority, and Shoshana is suing for damages.
