A terrorist attack can leave victims permanently injured or disabled, without the support of a loved one they once depended on, and with an immense amount of pain, both physically and emotionally. While the true injury suffered from terrorist attacks is irreparable, victims of terror are not without recourse. There are numerous channels available to pursue both legal and non-legal actions against terrorists and those who support or assist terrorists.

The assistance we provide to terror victims goes beyond legal actions for monetary compensation to include measures like freezing terrorists’ bank assets, attaching property to money-judgments, and forcing the government to protect population sectors under constant attack, like the citizens of Sderot.
