Palestinian Operatives
Countless Palestinians work undercover with the Israeli government to provide invaluable information needed to prevent terrorist attacks. These operatives risk the possibility of bodily harm, social ostracism, and even death in order to protect the lives of Israelis and defend against the use of terror. Shurat HaDin works to condemn the Palestinian Authority when it turns a blind eye to murdered Palestinians who assisted Israel in thwarting terror attacks. We also have requested the Israeli government (through court actions) to pressure the PA when the latter has imposed the death sentence on Palestinian operatives.

Suing the Prime Minister to Rescue 15 Condemned "Collaborators"
Shurat HaDin -Israel Law Center and Former Prisoner of Zion Ida Nudel have filed a petition in the High Court of Justice (BAGATZ) this morning against Prime Minister Ariel Sharon on behalf of fifteen Palestinians on death row in the Palestinian Authority (PA). The law suit charges that the Israeli government has refused to act to rescue the condemned prisoners who were convicted and sentenced to death on charges of having assisted the IDF and security services in thwarting terrorist attacks and hunting fugitive Palestinian terrorists.Read more...
Condeming Murder of Nablus Women By Al-Aqsa Martyrs
Shurat HaDin -Israel Law Center condemns the brutal murder of a Palestinian women, Haifa Mohammed Sultan, 39, in the Shechem (Nablus) casbah. Sultan was dragged from her home by masked members of Yasser Arafat's al-Aqsa Brigades. She was killed in the street by a gunshot to the head.Read more...
Condeming the Murder of A Suspected "Collaborator" in Police Custody
Shurat HaDin - Israel Law Center condemns yesterday's brutal murder of a suspected Israeli agent being held in Palestinian police custody. The prisoner, Qaad Abu Shalbayah, was arrested 3 weeks ago on charges of having assisted the Israel Defense Forces in identifying and locating fugitive Palestinian terrorists in the Ramallah area.Read more...
Condeming Gaza Court's Wave Of Death Sentences
The Israei human rights oraganization, Shurat HaDin, has condemned a death sentence handed down on Monday by a Gaza security court to a Palestinian accused of working for Israel. Khaidar Ghanem was sentenced to death yesterday following a swift trial that lasted only several hours in a Gaza Security Court.Read more...
Condeming the Murder of A Suspected
Shurat HaDin - Israel Law Center condemns Wednesday night's brutal murder of a suspected Israeli agent in a Ramallah hospital. Nasser Kalawleh, 25, was shot to death by masked Palestinian gunmen as he was recuperating in the Ramallah Hospital from an earlier attempt on his life. The assassins, members of Yassir Arafat's Fatah movement, accused Kalalweh of assisting the Israeli security services in locating fugitive terrorists.Read more...
