Shurat haDin will Petition the Israeli Supreme Court - Oppose the Appointment of Farook Husseini

ImageMay 26, 2009: Human rights organization Shurat ha Din (Israel Law Center) joins the growing protest against the decision of the Israeli prime minister,  Binyamin Netanyahu,  to withdraw his objection to the appointment of Egyptian Culture Minister,  Farook Husseini, to head UNESCO.
The organization says that it will petition the Israeli Supreme Court if Netanyahu fails to challenge this outrageous appointment.

US judge OKs $116M ruling in deadly terror attack

North Korea sued for aiding Hizbullah

Victory: UK Banks Close Accounts of Islamic "charities"

  ImageApril 2, 2009: Private lawsuits being brought by the families of terror victims against banks which provide financial services to Islamic NGOs suspected of funding the terrorist organizations have once again proven their ability to accomplish what European governments are too cowardly to carry out.
In recent weeks, two British banking institutions have announced that they are closing the accounts of  Islamic "charities" they fear are front groups for Palestinian terrorist organizations.
